My sunflowers have come out and they look good, I still have 27 of them altogether! This is the first time that I've grown things that all stayed alive! They are very yellow and they do brighten up the garden despite the rainy weather.
I can't believe the weather this summer, its weird. I'm still wearing my coat and it's June. I'm not that bothered because it's sort of refreshing weather, or at least I think it is, I'm not keen on boiling summers. Although obviously when you get those patches when it rains continuously it's a bit of a downer.
Today at work I was convinced I could hear birds laughing. Honestly, I did. Now people think I am insane (again). I couldn't see the actual culprits through the window but there was a bird on an electricity line thing (the word for that completely escaped me at the moment I don't know why) who was having real trouble staying on with the wind blowing and his tail kept going right up in the air.
It must be tiring being a bird and having to not fall off things all the while. And when you're not trying to not fall off things, you're trying to not fall out of the air.

I'm still wearing my winter coat to walk to work!! Although in winter I had to wear a fleece under it as well because it's a bit of a rubbish winter coat. It was only £15 from Primark but I like the way it has lots of pockets. I like coats with pockets so I don't have to carry a handbag. I can never find anything to put in handbags apart from my money, phone and lip balm. I don't know how lots of women have handbags full of stuff. What do they put in them??

Oh yes, coats with pockets are good, very handy. Yeah I can see what you mean about handbags, it's like if you want to actually put anything in them (lunchboxes, folders, anything a4 sized and so on), they're too small haha. I generally carry round a rucksack, but it makes me look like I'm still at college, oh well never mind! Maybe I should get a handbag, but a large one. Although would it still be a handbag? Would it be an armbag? Maybe thats what we need, armbags!!
